After having built several facilities for Liberty Utilities, including its headquarters in Jackson, Missouri, Penzel Construction was asked to construct a new office and warehouse for Liberty Utilities in Girard, Illinois.

The project includes ground-up construction of a 3,250-square-foot office with a 4,500-square-foot warehouse. The structure is a pre-engineered steel building. The project took less than 10 months to complete. Penzel Construction has also built new facilities for Liberty Utilities in Vandalia, Illinois and Jackson, Missouri, using the design-build project delivery method.
