This new facility contains one of the most advanced mechanical systems in the area. The four-pipe zoned system includes redundant pumps, so the system can never go down and is designed for extreme comfort. The 7,000-square-foot warehouse is designed to handle fleet maintenance. This multi-facility project was completed in just nine months. Penzel Construction has also built new facilities for Liberty Utilities in Vandalia, Illinois and Girard, Illinois, using the design-build project delivery method.
