When Roland Machinery, a Komatsu authorized equipment dealer, was looking to upgrade their existing Cape Girardeau facility, they turned to a long-time customer: Penzel Construction. In just 10 months, Penzel built a new structure adjacent to their existing structure that could accommodate larger machinery and be more efficient for Roland’s sales and service team. Special features of this structure include an overhead crane, new wash bay, natural gas radiant heat and T5 high-efficiency lighting.
