Located on the site of the former Fabick Bros. Equipment Company, this new retail center features a 7,500-square-foot Vast Broadband office, a 3,500-square-foot MRV Banks branch, and two other 2,000-square-foot retail storefronts. A sustained period of rainfall and the unexpected finding of a 300-gallon underground storage tank created significant challenges on the job site. The $2.8 million project consists of a NUCOR pre-engineered metal building.
