Located on the site of the former Fabick Bros. Equipment Company, the South Main Development is a new retail center that features a 7,500-square-foot Vast Broadband office, a 3,500-square-foot bank branch, and two other 2,000-square-foot retail storefronts. The Penzel team completed the build-out of the Vast Broadband office. Careful attention was paid to incorporating Vast’s branding throughout the space as well as to make it a comfortable and functional office for employees and customers. A sustained period of rainfall and the unexpected finding of a 300-gallon underground storage tank created significant challenges on this job site. The $2.8 million project consists of a NUCOR pre-engineered metal building.
