Alliance Bank

Penzel Construction was the design-build contractor for the 13,700-square-foot, two-story bank branch and headquarters. Renovating the existing site required more than 2,500 tons of rock to elevate the site above floodplain. Offering a highly functional floor plan with state-of-the-art infrastructure and appealing interior finishes, the new facility presents a user-friendly workplace that offers a welcoming atmosphere. With elegant brick, architectural precast quoins, and massive columns across the front, the building provides a captivating enhancement to one of Cape Girardeau’s busiest corridors.
