After a handshake contract, Penzel constructed a new 5,200-square-foot branch office for the Bank of Missouri in Jackson. The arrangement was a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract. The owner realized all the cost savings and Penzel utilized its experience and skills to improve scheduling and enhance the quality of the project. In addition to the teller line and offices, the scope of the project included four full-service drive-thru lanes, an ATM, and security.
