This new land-based casino replaces the floating casino previously located in Caruthersville on the Mississippi River. The 94,000 square feet of construction includes a new 54,000-square-foot gaming floor and The Farmstead—a new hotel-casino featuring three floors of hotel guest rooms and two-room suites. The existing pavilion building was converted into the hotel’s lobby and registration desk, sundries shop, meeting room space, and boardroom. The two-room suites are elevated above the finish of the standard guest rooms, offering a unique design approach with living room areas that include wet bars, large bedroom spaces, and oversized bathrooms. The two-room suites also include riverside balconies with a glass balustrade design that offers dramatic river views.
