St. Francis Power Plant Unit No. 2 is a 245 megawatt natural gas combined cycle single shaft power plant using Siemens V84.3a combustion turbine generator and Siemens triple pressure steam turbine generator. Penzel Construction handled the sitework, foundations and concrete for this important project.
