Formerly known as Nordenia USA, Mondi Jackson, Inc. is a flexible packaging company specializing in packaging with convenience features such as sliders, zippers, laser scoring, spouts, and assorted handle styles. This facility is the largest design-build-lease project ever performed by Penzel Construction. Penzel used GPS-controlled dozers for finish grades and polished floor slabs were installed throughout the production area to support their state-of-the-art production equipment. Thanks to tremendous project management, this 183,000-square-foot facility was completed in just six months.
