Lutesville Ford

Penzel Construction was chosen to construct a new 24,000-square-foot facility to better serve the needs of Lutesville Ford in Marble Hill, Missouri. The masonry and structural steel building includes a 13,000-square-foot service and repair shop, a service reception area, parts storage, offices, breakrooms, a lounge, and a new, open showroom with lots of interior and exterior glass for daylighting.

Demolition of part of the original structure was required to make space for a parking lot. All new electrical service was installed in the new and renovated older facility. During construction, the dealership suffered a flood and the Owner worried the floor finish height might not be high enough. The Penzel Team was able to make adjustments and raised the floor height by six inches to ease the Owner’s concerns.
